Hello!

Julie Paddock is a yoga teacher, Mom to two boys in Norfolk Public Schools, and an activist fighting to end period poverty and stigma in Hampton Roads. She founded Period NFKVB (Norfolk and Virginia Beach) after recognizing a need for freely accessible menstrual supply products in her community.

After learning of the systemic inequality that a lack of these products creates, Julie joined the menstrual movement. Period NFKVB is a community chapter working to fill the gap in disparity and safety, advocating for wider access to these ESSENTIAL and EXPENSIVE products.

Our chapter has collected many pounds of period products and distributed period packs throughout our community. Please reach out if your organization is in need of supplies, or if you’d like to help with this worthy cause! ❤️
