Julie offers a breath-centered flow practice with modifications for all levels. She invites a sense of curiosity, exploration and play into her classes, to create awareness of the choices we make both on and off the yoga mat. Julie believes that when we pay attention and ask what is and isn't working — and when we are willing to adjust — we get to participate in a practice and a life that truly serves us.
